What is Container Loading Supervision?
Container Loading Supervision checks that your order is both complete and securely loaded into its container before shipment. This inspection ensures that the goods delivered by the factory are compliant with your requirements in terms of quantity, assortment, and packaging.
A container loading inspection also ensures that the export cartons are securely loaded into the container, and that the container is in good condition (clean, dry, damage and odor free).
Inspection of condition on: pre-post repair; on hire / off; interchange; damage.
Suitability to load frozen cargo, inspection of stowing capability of container.
Inspection of clean according to carriers or loading parties’ standards / criteria.
Pre-trip-inspection (PTI).
Inspection of containerized cargoes:
Quantity, Volume and Condition
Damage, checking temperature and condition of frozen cargo before & after stuffing.
Inspection of fastening, donating and stowing condition of containerized cargoes.
Inspection of liquid weight in container tanks.
Fuming of agricultural products stowed in containers.
